How does the automatic payment plan work?
The Utilities Board will continue to mail you a monthly bill. It will show on the bill that your account has been paid by bank draft. The net amount due will be deducted automatically from your bank account prior to the delinquent date shown on your bill. Your monthly bank statement will include a voucher from the Utilities Board showing the amount deducted by draft from your account. This voucher will be your payment receipt.
What if I have a question about my bill?
If you see that your bill is incorrect or you have any questions, please call our office as soon as you receive the bill. Any necessary adjustment will have to be made BEFORE the bill amounts are sent to the bank for automatic payment from your bank account.
How do I sign up?
Click the button at the bottom left of this page to fill out the required form online. You can also sign up in person by coming to our office. If you are signing up in person, please bring a voided check.
What if I change banks?
The agreement that you sign is for a specific bank account and bank. If for any reason you change banks or accounts within a bank, you will need to sign a new agreement.
