The Utilities Board of the City of Oneonta
The Utilities Board of the City of Oneonta has made the following changes :

These changes are effective as of January 1, 2012:

  • The Board will no longer send a disconnect notice. When you receive your utility bill, that bill is the only request for payment that you will receive.
  • If you do not bring your utility bill to the office when you make a payment, you will be charged a $1.00 fee.
  • If you use a credit or a debit card to pay your utility bill, you will be charged a fee of 3% of the amount to be paid.
